The rules for using SocialAct.
1. Using SocialAct
By creating an account or using SocialAct, you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
Give accurate information, keep your password private, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You must be at least 16.
3. What you post
You own what you post. By posting, you let SocialAct show it on the platform and in our own updates about the community. Only post photos you have permission to share, including permission from anyone who can be recognized.
4. Campaigns and organizations
Organizations are responsible for their own campaigns, forms and how they treat volunteers. SocialAct reviews organizations but does not run their campaigns and cannot guarantee them. No one should ever ask you to pay to volunteer. If they do, report the campaign.
5. What’s not allowed
Harassment, hate, scams, spam, asking for money or personal documents to volunteer, sharing other people’s private information, and anything illegal. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.
7. Our responsibility
We work hard to keep SocialAct running and safe, but we provide it “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for what happens between you and an organization or another member.
8. Changes and the law
We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of [country].
